We get some of the best prices available by doing group runs locally for volumes of 10,000 and more. Theses runs can take time to organize as we need four full page clients to start a run. These jobs may take two days to finish but are usually finished within two weeks time. Other amounts usually take a week to be finished. Jobs can be done quite quickly but they will cost more for priority.

Sometimes gramage is used to describe paper weight which means the grams per square meter. Most often this isn't the terminology used.
A good question is what does 80 pound text stock mean. Paper is measured in pounds per 500 sheets (a ream of paper). Different kinds of papers with different qualities and used for different purposes also have different standard sizes per sheet. The system used isn't a simple one.
The paper used for flyers is often text paper - it is a better grade of paper. The basis size of text paper is 25" by 38". So if 500 sheets of this size weighs 80 pounds than we call this paper stock 80 pound text. Thicker text paper might weigh 100 pounds for the same 500 sheets and this is called 100 pound text.
20 pound bond paper- typical office paper - uses 17" by 22" sheets for their measure of weight. So the equivalent would be 40 pound text as the text sheet of reference is about twice as big. This means that a page of 20 pound bond is about half the weight of a page of 80 pound text.
Post Card Diameter:
Card stock is often measured in points or thousandths of an inch. So a 10 point stock post card is 1/100th of an inch thick or .254 mm.
